Whoever was working Friday March 1st (closing shift) NEEDS to get checked. They were being EXTREMELY rude - no manners whatsoever. First of all, they shut down the ice cream machine 1 HOUR before closing. And then they have the audacity to say "I didn't want to make the shakes but I made them anyway so you don't call corporate". Okay. And lastly, the shakes and drinks were ABSOLUTELY horrible. They tasted like they were swept off the floor. This location needs SERIOUS improvements!

I would give this 0 stars if there was an option, this is absolutely one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Food took about 30 minutes to be given to me, they forgot my tenders that I ordered, burger tasted bland and forgot to make one of them double. I mean seriously, 30 minutes for this? Unacceptable. Never coming back again.

Awful. Tried placing an order through DoorDash only to be cancelled. Decided to call and ask what was going on, person on the phone spoke very rudely to me when I just wanted to figure out if I could place and order or not. Food is alright, but the customer service is absolutely poor.

Very horrible experience I understand places being short staffed but you can at least be polite to customers I ordered my food and a worker walked to car and stood there with an attitude confused I asked what was wrong and a worker named Selena stated 44 and some change with an attitude then proceeded to walk out give me my recipes and say u owe more money just super unprofessional and rude not to mention I sat in line for 35 mins do not come to this location very unprofessional

What food we were given was good. They didn't listen and put requested items on sone of the sandwiches (asked for no mayo, they put mayo on it). They didn't give us our two fries and one tot. My husband knocked on the doors and windows to get their attention and they just started at him. I called them, they out me on "hold" aka they out the phone down. I listened to someone yelling in the back ground for 4 minutes before I hung up. Never got a hold of someone for the rest of our food. This was after waiting roughly 20 minutes for our burgers to come out. It is worth mentioning that we were the only car in drive through and there were no cars parked at the speaker for self sericce. This was the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time.

Ordered 2 Dragon fruit rechargers. There was mold in my drinks from the pop nozzles.I called the restaurant to complain, and the MANAGER said I was concerned when I made it, but it was just the nerds.NO, the nerds do not turn into soggy mold. They stay crunchy. I ordered before this drink 100 times before.I also have worked in fast food (with the owner of this fine place....) they are not cleaning out the nozzles correctly.The manager should be ashamed.Wasted 18$ on 2 drinks. But at least I didn't drink it.
