DO NOT COME HERE!!! Extremely Rude and the worst customer service you could ever receive. SHE DID NOT WANT TO REMAKE MY DRINK WHEN IT WAS COLD SHE SAID “What do you want me to do ABOUT THAT” THE FAT LADY WITH THE GAPPED TEETH! She was rolling her eyes and having a NASTY ATTITUDE very disrespectful and unprofessional with that nasty attitude you are getting no where in life bre that’s for sure.

This store serves customers with grace and embraces diversity. Everyone is friendly and professional. I love going there. Oh, and the coffee is pretty good too. :-) Also, the person in front of me must have had a good experience, too, because they paid for my order.

Best service ever! I stop in here about 4 times a week before work. I won't go on Tuesday's because some of the staff is not too friendly. Monday - Wednesday - Thursday - and Friday that staff is excellent. Always pleasant, service is quick and with a smile. They always ask how I am doing and are generally interested in finding out how things are. My drinks are always superb and I leave every day with a huge smile on my face.

I come here every morning before work and on my better weekend days! This is a very busy location, so there’s a lot of staff and customers. The workers are usually quick and efficient. I’ve been to other locations where the simplest order takes FOREVER! Not here. They also seem to know all the drinks and items on the menu. I’ve been to more isolated locations where they didn’t know what an iced chai was! I couldn’t believe it! Though it was rural California. And then they made the chai really poorly!). Again, not the case here!Vegetarian options: They are sure to label their vegetarian options. While there aren’t a ton, they make a point of accommodating everyone. So if you need some food and, more importantly, coffee, you can eat something serviceable here that meets your requirements.Parking: Park in back for more parking. You can enter through the patio area in back.If you try to enter using the front door, there is not a lot of spots up there!Kid-friendliness: It’s generally a busy location so while all Starbucks locations aren’t great for kids, I think you could bring them here. There are people trying to work, but it’s a high-traffic store.

Whoever just made my iced shaken espresso today at 3:45 don’t know what they’re doing. A blonde girl handed me my drink, i literally never complain even tho I looked at my drink funny and I feel like she knew what she handed me looked off but didn’t care. All I did was put the straw in and got 1 mile down the road and was about to take the first sip and 1/3 of my drink was gone because it was literally all foam on top. I didn’t pay for 2/3 of a venti or I would have got a smaller size. The service here has always been good but this time really disappointed me. I didn’t have time to turn around and now I’m going to a diff Starbucks to buy a new one because this one’s too bitter due to the amount of cream that I normally get in it being replaced by foam instead.

worst experience ever… we mobile ordered our drinks before arriving at the store because we had to go to work in 30 minutes. we go inside and tell them we have a mobile order because the drinks weren’t even made yet. we didn’t get our drinks until AFTER 4:00 and our shifts started at 4.. it took them 20 minutes to get ONE drink made and they made it WRONG, we were already late so there is no point in wasting 20 more minutes having them remake it. also this location CONSTANTLY makes our drinks wrong, they don’t know the difference between cold foam and regular milk.. if i dont say COLD FOAM, then don’t give me cold foam.

Actual worst experience at a Starbucks that I’ve ever had in my life. The customer service here is actually awful. I went through the drive thrand the girl on the speaker was very rude, then I went to the window and while waiting for my drink the girl at the window opened the window and with an attitude said “do you need something?!”……so I asked to speak to a manager to request my money back. The “manager” comes over and was just as rude as the other two. I will never go to this location again in my life and if this was my store I would have fired my employees for speaking and treating the customers the way I was treated today.Also, I get home and finally look at what the manager handed me which I thought was a gift card even though I asked for a refund. Come to find out it was actually a $4 off your next purchase. The drink I originally ordered was $6.31 and I didn’t get the drink. I canceled my order and asked for a refund and I didn’t even get a full refund and no drink also. The most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. I will stay clear of this location from here on out and so should everyone else.
