This Tim Hortons has a bunch of tasty donuts, and my kids and I love them. They have many flavors, and the donuts are always fresh. It's a cool place for families, and we always have a good time enjoying their delicious treats.

I LOVEEEE their donuts they are so cute and so tasty, it always looks amazing. My favorite has to be their new retro donuts, you have to try them if you go. The store is so clean and so organized, and they get you your food so fast. This has to be my favorite Tim hortons.

This place sucks and they are very rude. Will not be coming back to this location and I will be contacting their corporate about this horrible experience. Shame on your employees for pretending to be a manager.

I went there today for the first time and there was one guy in front of me. They took his order and then his friend came in. They greeted each other and they took his friend order BEFORE they took mine. The cashier seen me standing behind the first guy and his friend who came in, noticed me too. I guess it is okay to take certain customers BEFORE others. I left. Never ordered anything. Will NEVER be back. That was blatantly rude.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich combo at the counter. I paid, was given my coffee, then sat down. After 20 minutes I asked where my food was. Someone brought my bag from the back, they had forgotten about it. All my food was cold :-(

Starting off with the always pleasant Alyssa. Gets the order right every time and is really quick. This being the Van Dyke location south of Metro Pkwy. it's usually busy. I tried these Blueberry creme cheese timbits that were crazy great. Went well with my large double-double. We also shared a vanilla creme donut that had very little filling. Tim's has a standard that this was well short of. The grilled breakfast wrap was great but the two bites I tried of the sausage breakfast sandwich came off extremely salty. Even for a sausage based sandwich. Yelp is asking me to give a description of the ambiance of this drive-through. It was a bit overcast out, the parking lot appeared clean and the landscaping was adequate. 11/23

The drive thru line was horrendous, so I decided to go inside since I only seen one customer in-line for a faster service. (wrong!!!!) somehow I ended up waiting 20 minutes inside without anyone acknowledging me. After a 25 minute my cinnamon raisin/cream cheese bagel had human hair toasted to it and my hash brown was cold. What an awful service Tim Hortons this location deserves 0 stars.

If you like a splash of coffee with your cup of cream, you'll be in heaven at this Tim Hortons. I prefer less cream and more coffee. I ended up throwing a full cup away after my 3rd attempt to have them get it right. The first cup was so light you could see your reflection. The second was milky with a hint of coffee color. For the third, I asked for cream on the side so I could add my own amount. Because of a language barrier, they prepared the third cup with slightly less cream, but still way to much for me. I gave up and threw it away. The food wasn't bad. Our breakfast sandwiches could've benefitted from some mayo to relieve the dryness. And my wife likes salt on her eggs, but I had to go to the counter and beg for it. My hash browns were good, but hers were cold. I don't have a lot of sympathy for her, though, because she could have asked for a replacement and IF the counterperson had understood English, she might have gotten some that were warn. This is definitely a "stay away, stay FAR away" location. Go elsewhere if you like Tim Hortons and can find a good one.
