Our delivery order was wrong so I had to go to the store to fix it. They handed me a sealed bag, which I opened to check the order. The worker didn’t like me doing that and made a rude comment. There are some many other better places out there, I won’t be back to this one on Hayes and 19 Mile in Sterling Heights.

I wish I didn’t have to give stars for this. I ordered DoorDash and for once they weren't the issue. I ordered a coffee, sandwich, and hash brown. Tim Horton’s didn’t even give me the hash brown first of all and the bag was sealed so I know the driver didn’t take it. Im like whatever I still have my coffee and sandwich, I’ll just contest the hashbrown with DoorDash. I bite into my sandwich and I’m met with wilted lettuce and a soggy bagel. I eat what I can and try to enjoy my coffee. It was great until I get to the last few sips and see a long piece of hair curled around the bottom of my straw! Great way to start off my Friday. Super disappointed and want to save anyone else the disappointment. Proceed with caution!

I didn't have any food I just had a beverage. I met a very very good friend at your establishment for a much needed visit. I love the small lounge area with the fake fireplace. So does my friend. This is her Tim Hortons. I don't have one because I don't even like coffee and I don't like donuts either. I have had their wraps in the past and they are very good. I love the chicken ranch wrap. It was just too early for me to be thinking about food ❤️

Been going to this Tim Hortons since it opened.Went there today at 6am ( hours; 5:30 - whenever).Drive through ordering station was not functioning.Pulled around and a car was at the window and seemed to get an order.I pulled up figuring there was something wrong with their system.A person walked by the window looked at me and left.I'm figuring, stuff happens and wait a few more minutes.She walked by the window twice more and never acknowledged me.Not so much as a ; sorry we can't serve you right now.I drove down the road to Dunkin, they were open at the set hours.Got a xl coffee and it's pretty darn good.Think ol Tim's might have done me a favor.Bought many coffees there but I'll never go back.

Sweetest Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. My friends and I went inside to get coffees and we got 2 free Tim bits. Plus when I wasn’t quite sure what kind of coffee I wanted they gave me a suggestion and then asked if I wanted to try it before I took it. They were all so sweet!
