I come here for lunch a couple times a week. Usually I order: a Mocha Madness w/ almonds, and either a Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, or a Caribbean Jerk Chicken Wrap.My food has always been fresh and hot and delicious, and my smoothies have always been cold, tasty, and refreshing.The staff here have always been kind and neighborly when greeting me at the window and on the speaker!

I came to this place Friday at 1:45pm to buy a smoothie. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. I didn't mind that but what I did mind was no one came to see what I wanted. No one paid me any attention while I was waiting to be served even though they looked right at me and didn't say not one word to me. I was so hurt ? I definitely will be contacting corporate.

This tropical smoothie cafe is one of my go to. I really enjoy coming here to get a smoothie, It's always good and the service and energy they give me is really nice. I recommend this spot to anyone coming here.

hi, I go to tropical smoothie very often and I have to say this is my least favorite store. i work close to this location and usually place an online order on my lunch break and go to pick it up. today I go to pick it up and the door is locked so I go to the drive-through and the line was long and extremely slow, so I ended up waiting for 30 minutes to get an order that was placed 20 minutes prior. it was around 8:05 when i placed this order and i arrived around 8:25. i did not leave until 8:55 so i wasted my whole meal period in line for an order that should’ve been easy to pick up. as a customer service manager in retail and previous foh restaurant manager, i understand pre-closing but u shouldn’t be half closed w doors locked 30-40 mins before close its a bit much, especially if employees can’t handle getting the drive thru served quickly. after my long wait i received a half cooked quesadilla, looks like they put it in the microwave. very disappointed and am considering not coming back.

We ordered 4 smoothies and it's one of there popular smoothies and it's been like 25 min and we still haven't gotten them and they aren't very talkative the smoothies were good it just took really long
I had a dasher not give me my smoothie, only my sandwich. This locations service was excellent in helping me get my problem resolved. The person I spoke to on the phone was a very helpful young man. He needs a raise, whoever he is. Top notch. This happened December 30th, 2023 at 5:03 pm. I hope he gets some acknowledgement, I wish I got his name.Vegetarian options: I was able to order a wrap without the meat easily, good enough for me.
