I drive all the way from St Clair shores to get their food. Yesterday I came in ordered 6 boneless and 10 boneless, right away the person taking my order messed up so I should’ve been concerned there. She said my order would be up shortly so sure enough they call my name and I thought nothing of it and didn’t check my order cause this place usually always gets my order right and when I got home I was beyond mad. I worked all day just to get off eat a warm meal and it was wrong. Paid $13 for my food and didn’t get any of it. I didn’t get a receipt either!!!!!

Be careful. I walked in and ordered the 50/50 meal the price on the paper says 15.99 but they charge you almost 3 dollars more and then tell you a lie that their corporate office is charging the extra fees lies all

This store hasn't dropped the ball once. The wings are the every time. The service is always good even when their short handed they seem to pull it off. The garlic parmesan wings are my favorite so far. They are always nice sized and cooked perfectly. Check them out definitely worth a try.

*12/27/23* The wings were sizable & decent quality. The customer service was good.I ordered 10 traditional (Cajun rub/ hot AF) wings.The wings were lacking flavor and heat. When I saw “hot af” I was excited, for nothing because the sauce was no where near hot AT ALL. I was just trying them out.

Worst boneless wings I've ever had, will not be going back. I have tried numerous places, but these were terrible texture, sauce was fine though
Worst and I mean worst customer service ever!!! we tried calling to place an order. Nobody picked up so we decided just to go in the store. We walked into the store. The cashier completely ignored us, didn't take our order was on her phone. It was like she thought nobody was in the store. We go to walk out the cook in the back looks at us and starts laughing.

I always get great service. The employees are really nice and the good is always hot. It’s my favorite chicken place. The fries and cornbread is good too!
I've never ordered from this location before, but an error on my order had me give a quick call. The manager asked if I'd please come back and DOUBLED my order with the correction. I appreciated the gesture and they could not have been more kind about making things right. Top notch customer service I'd say, and the food was delicious as always. Thanks guys. I'd recommend your location to anyone.

I can't really recommend this place anymore. I'm not sure if it's new management or what, but their customer service is really gone down. We used to really like it. Very disappointing recently. For the money I would go somewhere else.
