This store is small & dirty. The workers here don't even want to prepare drinks for delivery orders & expects drivers that don't even work there to do it!! Top it off it not even a dine in store smh

Never a good experience not what you would expect walking into a food establishment the employees act like they don't want to be there why do you work at a place like that if you don't even like being around customers makes no sense?

The food was the only decent experience. When we walked in, no one was at the register, but it was a total of 5 employees behind the counter... The 2 guys were cooking, 1 girl was doing something (not sure exactly what), another young lady was all the way at the back so I couldn't see what she was doing & 1 girl was sitting on her cell phone, with her feet kicked up relaxing... It took for 1 of the cooks to tell her that it was customers that wanted to order for her to get up ... She came, took the order & went back to lounging on her cell phone... The other young lady came from the back & immediately started taking the other orders from the other customers that had entered ... Then the phones began ringing & the young lady (her name is Tanajah) was answering them ... She didn't know how to click over onto the 3rd line to answer so she asked who we found out was the "manager" & I use that word VERY loosely, how to do it ... That rude lady came up there with so much attitude & talked to Tanajah like she was a 2 year old & walked back off ... Then it was a lady that had been there for well over 30 mins that asked to speak to a manager ... Come to find out it was 2 managers there (the VERY rude light skinned lady with the tattoos & the young slim light skinned guy) ... The guy came to the front first & went right back to tell the rude manager what the lady said ... She never came to address the situation, but stood back there talking/cursing loudly about the customer ... If this is how this store is normally ran, I don't see how they get any business ... Not to even mention, we waited over 30 mins for 10 wings & fries & it wasn't crowded ... I've never been to any establishment where management was so rude & I'll never go back to that location again ... Tanajah, needs to be moved to another location, or fire those 2 piece of managers & move her up ... She was the only bright spot in that location ... She made sure the other customer got something extra for her lengthy wait

I NEVER leave reviews but this place was a complete disaster. The employees are so rude and the place is so dirty. Employees did not wash their hands when returning from the bathroom, had pants sagged, and on their phones while TOUCHING food. I ordered my usual and I always check my food before leaving, the box had grease and sauce all over it. I looked inside and it was not what I ordered. I politely told them that this is not what I ordered. They told me that they don't pour sauce over tenders anymore, I told them that this has always been my order and I have never had an issue. They poured the the sauce and then THREW the box in my hands. This place is horrible. Great food. Horrible employees and dirty mess.

Terrible customer service my goodness. Floors are very slippery, oversized lids, a lack of lids for drink cups, dirty broken down soda machine, shall i go on and on? This place needs a complete employee/management overhaul. I will never step foot into this establishment again and i advise others to stay away.

Terrible. I ordered through DoorDash so i figured it would be cold but they didn’t give the dasher my drinks, the tenders were small, and asked for light seasoning and they doused it in Cajun seasoning.

It's bad place and bad service and bad testing never we liked this location and it's very dirty and They do not respect customers and the smell of marijuana is very annoying

Placed an online order and when it was delivered, it was missing half the order. I called there and the lady told me that it wasn't their problem and that I would have to get a hold of the company that delivered it because she saw the person make it. That is by far the dumbest response I've heard. This isn't the first time either that an order has been screwed up from this location.

I've tried many of the sauces offered and am yet to find one I don't like. The boneless wings have been cooked to near perfection every time I've been here.Vegetarian options: Not much on the menu that would be considered vegetarian.

Just here for the fact that Wingstop doesn’t seem to care at all about the poor reviews they are receiving. Definitely no effort to improve their staff and service. Wonder how much longer this place will be here. They opened and IMMEDIATELY began receiving 1-star reviews.P.S.- This is nearly the same review I had made for their Hall Road location. It’s funny because there are no locations in the metro Detroit area with 4 stars or above and a significant amount of them average 2.5 stars or below. It seems once they get their 2 stars, they stay there and it’s all because of their lazy staff who want to lie and say they are only taking online orders for whatever reason. Do you know why they are only taking online orders? Because there is no way for them to turn an online order away ? Trust me, if they could, they would.

Worst experience I’ve had at a fast food place. I ordered on the app and when I came to get it they laughed as soon as I entered I have no idea why. They forgot a large fry on my order and when I came back I had to wait 15 minutes for it. Worst place, save your money and do not order at this location.
