NORMALLY I have no problems with this location I always place an online order and then pick it up. Tonight I did just that. However when I got to the window I was not spoken to AT ALL rudest service ever by the short girl with large glasses. My drink tasted absolutely nasty (to the point I threw it away)

Very annoying to drive and wait the time to get a regular coffee and have it the water down and not hot. How do you turn around and go back and tell the person that just a regular coffee? You couldn't figure that out how to make it. And it's not hot. It just seems crazy that I could even go back and approach anybody. So basically I wasted my money and time. This was at 11:30 AM on a Monday. I can't even imagine how embarrassed I would be if I work there and somebody came back in and had to say what i'm telling you happened

Im not sure what was going on today as I’m always treated with kindness at this location, but I frequent this location and today was probably the last day I come back to this location. They were super rude when I ordered and walked away when I would ask questions. Then had the audacity to talk very negatively about my drink and using.. colorful words to talk about the drink and myself. Will not be coming back to this location.

I always use the app to order and pay ahead of time. The only issue is that the Sturgis franchise is the only place where I have to go through the drive thru to pick up my order instead of just popping inside to grab and go.The baristas are always kind and helpful, pleasant and ready with a smile. My drinks are always made consistently no matter what time of day or who’s working, I always appreciate that! I definitely recommend this location for a pick me up on the way out of town, into town, on your way to the store or on the way home!

I love Starbucks but this location is a mess!!! Our drinks were so watered down and we had to clean our seats and table before sitting down. This is seriously the dirtiest coffee shop I’ve ever been in. I’m so sorry to leave a review like this we love Starbucks and want to see this location do better. Here are just a few photos.
I think they must’ve had a very rough morning/day by the time I got there because no one was particularly happy to see a customer walk in… behind the counter was a bit of a mess and one bathroom had no toilet paper but I think they were understaffed and tired. I was grateful for this location though, needed a break on my 15 hour drive. PSL and sausage egg and cheddar were good :) The only thing I know about Michigan is this Starbucks haha.

Very rude lady. Alex it was she said "there's no need for the fucking attitude" when I said the drink was a small not large. No attitude at all. Her attitude was very ugly

Their system was down yesterday and they were only taking cash, I handed a 50 dollar bill not knowing they don't take that large of a bill and said "you might want to tell customers nothing over a 20." I waited over 20 mins and the barista closed the window on me, mumbled something to herself and walked away.

My tea was like water because they used lukewarm water and put the cream in prior to the water. Tea needs to steep a bit. I stood waiting for nearly ten minutes which was plenty of time for the tea to steep.The service overall was slow and the staff was irritable.
