The lady working the front was very polite and helpful to not only my family but another gentleman who walked in, both of us being 1st time customers. We ended up getting a pizza and a cup of chicken noodle soup but the salads looked amazing! The pizza was cheesy, hot and delicious. The arcade is really awesome, so happy we found a place like this.
My husband and teenage son love visiting as many pizza places as possible when we travel, so they hit up this one on our recent visit to Suttons Bay. The reviews are pretty spot on about the staff. My husband loves to try and make small talk with people and the woman at the register wasn't really having any of it. She was pleasant enough to me when I was selecting a tasty salad, but we did question her choice of customer service in a small town. She seemed more suited for NYC!...read full review

Tried to take a group of four 7-10-yr-olds out here.for pizza and arcade games on a day w/no school. We were the only ones there, except owner (I think) who runs the arcade games and makes the pizzas, and another person (also owner? Employee? Hard to say- like other reviewers mentioned, she was strangely un-interested in selling us pizza or being the least bit friendly, so I assume not an owner, but what employer would keep on an employee like that for as long as reviews indicate...read full review
