Requested sandwich minus onions because my wife is allergic. Even on the receipt, NO Onion. And yet they still put onions. Is this place just THAT incompetent???

Walked out no workers to take my order got tired of standing there.
I stopped here for an order of fries and funnel fries. It took over 10 minutes for this. More Playing around and immaturity then anything. Shouldn't take forever for

This arbys is always good, but today was the best. Went through drive thru not long ago, a few minutes before 3pm and received 2 of the best double beef and cheddars. Our sandwiches were not slapped together, the amount of sauce was perfect, but the best part was the slightly pink roast beef. Omg, it was so delicious. As always, order taker was polite and greeted us. Not just a "go ahead with your order" greeting either, and it was handed out with the same politeness. Will continue to always come to this one.

I just left Arby’s. I ordered a 5 piece tender. In order to dip the same tenders in buffalo sauce. I had to order the buffalo sliders with no bread for two extra dollars which didn’t make sense. I paid it. Once I received my order the chicken tenders tasted like they was from lunchtime & it’s 6:00pm. I wasted $11.50 of 5 old tenders dip in buffalo sauce. Next time I will be going to A & W next door maybe they will value me more as a customer.
I only give a 4 star for the corporate people who down sized the drink sizes. But I understand why.(COVID). Other than that the people are good at there jobs and nice. They are pretty quick even around lunchtime (I go here on my lunch break). Have not gone inside so I can't speak on how clean it is and how it looks but the outside is in good shape and clean. A little hard to get in and out of for the location but only because of the time of day. Really don't have anything to bad to say about this place just superficial stuff that doesn't really matter.Vegetarian options: I wouldn't say they have a vegetarian menu because they do say on the commercials "we have the meats" but I don't doubt that they can hook you up.
Says open until 1 but closed at 11 15pm. Always closed early or always out of roast beef ! Only place on my way home other than nasty mcdonalds and they ARE ALWAYS closed easy on a Saturday! Or out of roast beef.

Placed a mobile order for 2 beef and cheddars, one 8pc Jalepeno bites, one large coke, and one smokehouse brisket meal. My boyfriend goes to pick up our lunch and they tell him that they don't have beef because they just opened and it takes too long to cook. Manager Josh then tells him that they can make my sandwiches with brisket but everything else would be the same. My boyfriend comes home with two beef and cheddars with brisket on it, no Cheddar Cheese sauce on it, with sliced cheese burned onto the bun. Sandwiches were bone dry and inedible. On top of my sandwiches being messed up, my 8pc Jalepeno bites only had 6 in there. I spent my last $24 that I had on this food and I'm still hungry and completely broke. I will not be back to this location.
