I picked up my order and they put the coleslaw in the bag and the top was off. The coleslaw spilled all over in the bag when I called and complain about it to the manager. He kept annoying me and wanted me to hurry up and talk to him about that situation And he told me he was very busy, other words he didn’t want to hear what I had to say and they missed the order that I have ordered and he hung up on me. I would not go back to that one ever again very Disrespectful manager!!!

Awesome experience eating at this location! The food was fresh, hot and they told me to have a seat and will bring my order to the table as soon as it’s ready. Brought it to me w/napkins & condiments 2-3 minutes after I paid for my order. Everything tasted great & the staff even checked on me a few minutes later to see if I needed anything and was happy with my meal. I wasn’t expecting this at a fast food restaurant. It was not very busy when I visited, so I don’t know if this is normal or not? regardless I thought it was very nice. I am going to eat here more often now and happy I stopped here for lunch. I haven’t eaten at an A&W in 10 years and forgot how good the food was, especially their Root Beer in a frosted mug! Highly recommend you try them yourself next time you’re in the mood for a great Burger, or some Chicken Strips & tasty French fries.Kid-friendliness: Very family friendly oriented place to eat.
