I placed an order online and got a confirmation that my order would be ready at a certain time. I showed up at that certain time in the drive thru and was told no more orders would be taken. I explained that I ordered 10 minutes ago and that the money was already withdrawn from my bank account. He didn't even try to help. He told me to I had to cancel the order and left it at that. I asked how can I cancel an order to refund my money after it was already withdrawn from my account. He had no clue and left me without my food and took my money. This I believe was a manager. I ain't worried about the $27 you took from me. I'll make more money but to be as unprofessional as he was and he is your manager you got a serious problem

got food through the drive through and wanted a chicken jr , they gave AND charged me 6$ for the sandwich. went up there for a refund and replacement and they took all my food back (which is a food safety violation) and gave me my sandwich i wanted w no refund . tried to tell me the sandwich isn’t on the menu but i see it right here .

Went inside at 9:10pm on 10/14/2023 to order a meal. Had to wait a few minutes for someone to take my order, no big deal. Manager comes to counter and takes my order. I tell him it is for here and he says he plans to close the dining room so I would need to take it to go. I cancelled the order and went to Wendy's instead and ate in their dinning room.Why would Burger King have the doors open and allow people to buy inside when you have to take it out. Isn't that why they have a drive thru?
The drive thru and wait time were ridiculous. After the long wait, my food was made wrong. No one answered the phone when I tried to call. Worst experience ever! I will not be going back to this location.

I really liked this Burger King when I first moved back here a few months ago but I don't know what happened in the last month or so. The wait at the drive thru can take up to 20 mins being the second or third car in line then there is a wait at the window to pick up your food as well after paying. This has happened on several visits so we will be going to a different location going forward.
