You first walk in very open and clean.Fast and friendly service. Fresh hot food.Would definitely recommend to anyone.Management a Female and Male were friendly, helpful and fast. Very impressive atmosphere and restaurant. Great experience. You really just do not get that kind of service at to many places anymore.

Young woman at drive thru window had a very unprofessional and hateful attitude.
Worked for a full day never received a check and they expect you to hand wash dishes clean lobby and take orders for $12 that ridiculous took me one shift to realize they weren't going to make it

This morning I ordered a meal from BK. When I got there to pick up my breakfast order, I was refused my food. The "manager (Carrie)" whose attitude was more than horrible, stated my order was put in too close to the time of breakfast cut off. I asked for a refund which she said she couldn't do. I then said well can I choose something else, she stated they didn't have anything ready and "did not have the inventory to give me anything else, not even on the regular menu". I am left with no food and no money back. Her attitude suggested she didn't want to service me and while, I do not think everything is about race, I am sure a good customer service experience would've been to atleast allow me to use my credit (since they still have my money) to order something else. I reached out to their customer service and district manager and I am still waiting for a reply. I type this as I am waiting for my order somewhere else. (Now spending twice the money without twice the food).

It is a standard everyday fast food shop. There is nothing special. The food is edible, but not great. It is where you take children to keep them satisfied.

BK at this location really needs to invest in better employees who care about their customers. I still haven't gotten my money back this is ridiculous. I'm typing this from McDonald's since BK didn't want my business. I won't be back.

Do more than 2 people work here at a time? I waited over 10 minutes to order and left because no one ever took our order.There was only one car ahead of us.When I have ordered in the past it always takes forever, its rarely fresh and hot.Parking: Dirty parking lot.

We were coming from church and our second eldest granddaughter was with us. She was knocked out! So we pulled up in the drive-thru. And made our order. As soon as she smelled the food! Lol! She woke up. My husband and I looked at each other and bust out laughing! Go and create some memories!

Very disappointed with the service I received today rude person taking the orders and then they forgot a sandwich on my order then I tried to call up there to see if I could just have a remake for it tomorrow because I don’t want too drive all the way back there and no one will answer the phone called multiple times and nothing I’m highly disappointed!
