If they get your order wrong the correct it and give you extra is a young man there named Calvin and the other lady name is Rebecca aka becky, they are very nice. I lost my husband and they show condolences to me by hugging me and sympathizing with me and showed me empathy as well as the other workers there sometimes this place don’t get the recognition that it needs because of the location but I’ve been to locations. Where is More at fluent and got bad service. So keep up the good work

This Checkers is HORRIBLE.... says it closes at 11, but eveytime I come it is closed. They close at LEAST at 10:30 so I really don't know their hours. This has happened at least 5 times. So many people go to the drive through, find out it's closed, and just head across the street to McDonald's. I suggest you do that too.

Easily the worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment ever! My order was fine but the manager has got to go. He has no business running a restaurant the way he does. I could hear him yelling through the window (which was closed) and he was generally very rude. Appalling service. Horrible management. Disappointing to see.

Don't know how they do it but the fries are always hot at each location that I've gone to...tried that Smoky bar BQ Bacon burger...went back days later for another, it's so good ?... I'm so in love with those watermelon slushes, that's the only drink I ever get there...I had to make sure they made my large size a true large this time cause they seem to always short my cup and they did so with a smile...the Eureka location has a great staff

Of course this was a newer Checkers/Rally store, it was soooo clean. Not at all the usual dirty, unkempt places that are 5 yrs & older, with their missing tiles & parts of the building from car damage & never repaired.

I got there every Sunday and Wednesday for a Baconzilla sandwich Everytime. and Everytime, the employees take my order with a smile on their face, a couple of them even know my face and know what I want and have it ready for me as soon as I order.I have even had one employee track me down at my place of work because they messed up my order and gave me a free second sandwich, and another employee was incredibly kind and had a lot in common with my interests and we spoke and they gave me an extra fry. I even get messages on the fries now. I love the employees.while the appearance of the store may seem shady, the employees are always part of the reason why I go back and why I enjoy my single sandwich.
