Would love for whoever they hire to litter our house with their flyers to just stop. Also, you're paying someone to leave handfuls of your mailers at each house. First time trying happy pizza, was happy to find our they have halal pepperoni and chicken topping available at this location. Tried deep dish & bread sticks combo . Food was fresh, tasty and loaded up. Calvin & another gentleman both were super kind and friendly. Calvin also offered me soda on house as a first time customer and it was a very kind gesture by him. Will be a repeat customer and recommend this place!

I ordered a slab of ribs for two,opened the box and the ribs were ice cold in the middle. ALso I asked for potato wedges,they gave me a mixture of French fries and potatoe wedges.i do not like their French fries, he should of told me.

I’ve frequented this location for many years now as a local, and the recent treatment has been absolutely appalling. This charred disaster is what they tried to serve my family. What was supposed to be a cheeseburger was burnt to a crisp and sent out. Unacceptable. Trying to reason and find a solution, a call was placed to the store to try to figure out a solution as this “burger” is not edible. That orangey goop was supposed to be cheese. The entire burger, top and bottom buns, cheese, the patty itself, all blackened and hard. My family was treated like garbage and rather than respectfully come to a solution with the store, they insisted on arguing and asking us to “hold the burger up to the phone “ so they could hear it. How do you hear a burger?? Childish and ridiculous staff with disrespectful potty mouths that have no respect or integrity for the company they work for. Rude and uncooperative and refusing to refund or replace. Completely lost a big family of customers due to these actions. Unbelievable. Will never see another dime from us, and they don’t deserve your business either. Will be calling corporate for feedback and hopefully a better solution.

We are all human and mistakes happen, but they will not correct the mistakes, argue with customers that have issues and cuss openly while customers are present. We received burnt food and they made jokes and said we don't know what we are talking about.
