Customer service was pleasant didn’t receive a call or text received when order was completed the food was like warm not hot at all. The food seemed to be over cooked was to soft & mushy the crab legs & shrimp and the water tank is appreciated but the water is warm & not very tasty. Sorry but just didn’t
