Unfortunately bad customer service. I ordered on the app, it gave an eta of 37 minutes. Am hour went by and no delivery or update, so I called the store. Jordan answered and said it was marked as on the road half an hour ago, it should arrive soon. I l live 6 minutes from this store. I received my delivery a little later and the food was cold and soggy. I called back asked if there was anything they could do, and I was met with long pauses and short answers of some store credit, or they can remake the order and send it out, another hour wait, and I could exchange the food. I asked if I could get a refund if I brought the food in, and was met by more of a silent wait time, then I was told if I had any of the food, no refund will be provided. I brought all the untouched food back, and asked for the refund. Jordan again, silence and couldn't answer whether his customer service and answers were hungry Howie policy or corporate. His location made a mistake, had incorrect times on the app, failed to deliver what was ordered in good condition, and he said they are not responsible for what is on the app. He opened the boxes I returned and all the wrappers looking for anything to have been consumed. The other employees were not busy making other orsers, three employees were standing behind the counter just watching. Someone else came from the back of the store finally with a receipt, handed it to me silently, and that was it. Unfortunate lack of customer service and poor attitude and lack of accountability for their mistake.

Incredibly rude people in there. They messed up my delivery and when I went there to ask for the correct item they acted like I was robbing them or something. Guy behind the counter literally throwing his hands up over a .79¢ sauce he forgot to give me, which I paid for. Waste of time and money.

Have been ordering from here for years, never had a problem. Unfortunately they do not deliver to my house anymore. So on 12/20 after a long day spent working and then with my mother in the hospital, I ordered a pick up on my way home. 2 pizzas and bread. 1 pepperoni and 1 bacon. Got all the way home to Dearborn Heights, opened the pizzas and they gave me 2 pepperoni's. Called and the young female "manager" states rudely I can remake it. I said I'm home now I don't want to come back out, can you deliver? Nope cant do that. I said can you just give me a credit for 1 pizza? Nope cant do that either. She said I I can only exchange the pizza. I asked for corporates number. Called them the same day. They said they would be requesting a refund of the entire order by reaching out to the owner and that someone from the store would call me within 48 hours. Welp as of today 1/3 still no call. Great Customer Service Taylor Hungry Howie's. Hope its worth losing a long time customer over!
Ordered a pizza and bread like we do every week and the pizza came cold so when i called to let them know the manager had an attitude saying “it shouldn’t be cold it was only 15 minutes old” and i will say he did offer to remake the pizza but we both had a slice of pizza that’s how we realized it was cold so i asked if we could get a credit instead and he said “we aren’t allowed to do that” bad experience overall which i’ve personally never had from this store. but today i really couldn’t tell you what was more disgusting the managers attitude or the cold pizza both were pretty gross.

10/17/23Well I was craving a pizza and decided to make the long drive to the closest Hungry Howies to get one in honor of Brest Cancer Awareness Month. They are making donations for finding the cure for Brest Cancer for every pizza you purchase this month. I placed my order for a medium pizza with my favorite toppings and took it home with me in less than 12 minutes. It was DELICIOUS as usual with my Garlic Herb flavored crust and the Cajun crust spice that I ALWAYS have them put on my pizza. Honestly, the most disgusting experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. They’re going to mess up your pizza, promise you a free pizza, then, when you go to pick up the free pizza, they’re going to treat you like a criminal and make you pay for it again. It is a store run by men who treat women like garbage. Mike, the store manager, was deplorable. There is a much better store in Taylor on Eureka Road. Leaps and bounds better. Please, heed my warning – do not go to the store on Telegraph Road!
