Pulled through at 9:30 exactly and told me I needed to cancel my order as they were closed and had only sides left’s extremely inappropriate especially for their only job to be to make food and clean up after themselves and what they use to make it and maybe sweep and mop some floors I can’t imagine how much time they would need for such minimal tasks an half hour before their actually closing time is crazy

It was awful, they had pull up so they could make my food and they had me wait an hour until they came back outside and asked what my order was again,poor customer service definitely would not
Horrible. I ordered the Fill up box which supossely comes with 4 chicken, 12 nuggets, fries, and 4 biscuits. Im thinkin i got possibly six nuggets and the rest that they had there looked like crumbs that broke off the chicken they were out of original n asked 2 give me 2 pieces in dark at the window so fine whatever but the fact that we got crumbs and our biscuits we couldnt eat bc they were doughy like serious dough. The whole combonation of our expierence horrible. Thats 3 strikes in one expierence. My husband has stated we have 2 blacklist KFC. KFC isnt like what i remamber when i was a kid. We have had far too many encounters that has lead us 2 commit to never goin back. This isnt our 1st bad visit this year if he had we would give them another chance but this is probably our 5th time goin to KFC in about 3 years and they have allll been bad.

Went through the drive through....Employee not very friendly...asked for honey bbq sauce...not only was the sauce not in my bag my order was wrong. Tried to call, they don't answer the phone. Recording said to leave a message with your concerns but they don't return the calls...guess I'm calling the corporate office to make my complaint. Won't be back to this one...I will go out of my way to go to another one.
I ordered online to get it delivered the driver gets there and they tell them to call me and have me cancel because they were getting ready to close but still had 1 hour left mind you this was the second store i ordered from and the the same thing, and to wait 30 minutes frome each store now my family has to wait to eat dinner well past dinner time because they do not have their stuff together... ordered from somewhere else have to wait another hour.... if you cannot do online orders you should not except and message saying it will be delivered

Got food for 5 people delivered and only received half of it. Went back and the employees clearly didn't believe us and only gave us the chicken we were missing. They kept our receipt.In a previous experience, the drive thru people were not friendly either.Not good for doordash drivers or customers.They also never answer the phone. Felt it was time to leave a review. The location in AP is nicer.

We went there, wasn't acknowledged, getting a take out order, took 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, took another 15-20 minutes to get cold food. Won't go back there.
