So disappointing I found hair in my food . They disrespect everyone . They need new people and don't go here if you're older .just don't stop fries are always cold and my food wasn't cooked though.
I swear, every time I go it gets worse. I always have to wait, the food is almost always cold, and they quite frequently screw up AT LEAST one thing on my order. I'm almost embarrassed to say I used to work here ?

Since they don’t answer the phone, I just want anyone to know as a warning, my daughters sitting here with a 102 fever. The only place I took her within the past two days is this place place for 15 minutes. Do not suggest your child playing in the play scape. They won’t even answer for me to tell them it should probably have a quick sanitization.

Seriously people... why are the happy meals constantly missing the apple slices. I ask for them every time for my son's happy meal when we go there and every time I STILL have to check because they are almost always missing. It's the MAIN SIDE ITEM. If someone orders a happy meal, put the apple slices in the box EVERY TIME unless they ask for extra fries. Also, the kids at the windows need to get off of their stupid phones, look at the customer and talk to them. The workers need to actually look at the orders and fill them as ordered. This has been going on for years. Not sure if it's a management issue or if the owners just don't care about anything but more money, but the only time I have good service is if I order inside and they can't be distracted by their phone. Maybe initiate a no-phone policy while working...

Came around the drive through at around 6am. Person at the window taking orders was just so rude. I told them at the pay window I had a code, he then took my card from me and slammed the window shut. He hands it back and I proceeded to thank him, and he slammed the window on me and said nothing back. The lady giving the food out was the sweetest though!

Then when you found it you didn't feel like making it cause you were closing at 3 even though online says 3:45 so you said you're going to refund me. Which hasnt happened yet. So im pretty mad with everything that happened.

absolutely terrible. the manager has a serious attitude problem think her name is Jessica? Its setting a really bad example for the other workers. asked a question about our order because they got it wrong and i was told in a snarky way that i would need go to the back of the line a reorder by the manager. this place is always getting my orders wrong and giving stale food. i can tell when my fries have been sitting out for hours and when my drinks aren’t fresh. make sure to always check the recipe before you pull from paying because they will put the wrong order on it.

my order wasn’t big at all four drinks and two burgers, three of which were shakes when i ordered the three shakes the dude asked if i meant four and i corrected him and moved on up i didn’t look at the receipt because i didn’t think i would need to so when i pulled up to get my order two of the three shakes were left out they didn’t even put the right order on the receipt. this white girl im guessing is the manager immediately came off with an attitude saying how we would need to pay for the two drinks i was completely okay with then i was told i needed to go all the way back to the line then got the window shut in my face. that’s how they treat people who show respect to them? just terrible. this isn’t the first time this has happened either.
