Food is getting worse each year. The cook cooks as if he just doesnt care anymore. They had a cook fill in that cooked the same food so much better but nothing changed.

Lunch is chicken enchiladas. It's wonderful that they give you both mild and hot salsa. The cost of lunch is AMAZING. Five stars would have been appropriate.

I have been a customer of Pancho's for thirty years. I started going to the original business in Lincoln Park for many years. But since they opened the location in Taylor on Telegraph, my husband and I go there, but lately the rice has been TERRIBLE! About two months ago, the rice was spoiled. I told the waitress and she blew me off. Never offered a discount or anything. They know who we are because we go there so much. Then last week, the rice had this fowl smell. I couldn't eat it. I don't know what the cook used to make the rice but it was a fowl smell. Other than that, the deep fried tacos are great, the enchilada's are good. The hot and mild sauce sucks! It taste like tomato paste with some basil and a few herbs. The refried beans are usually lukewarm. They need to do a better job at serving food hot and not lukewarm and cold. Some of the waitresses act like they are mad all the time, lol!So, I'm going to give them another try and if the rice is bad again, I'm done!I believe I have the right to say this since my family are one of many that helped them expand their business throughout the years. Get with it Panchos! or, you are going to loose valuable customers plus word of mouth can either help or not help your business.

Everything about this place was PERFECT and amazing. It also just so happened that apparently my husband must have dropped his wallet. We had been eating and a customer had come in and gave us his wallet. Guess what, everything was still in it!
The waitress was rude older lady with glasses the salsa is not real authentic its tomatoe paste with some

This restaurant absolutely has the ability to be a five-star restaurant. I love everything about it. I just wish they would focus on the quality of food being better. I love what they serve and I love how they serve it. There is not that many people in the restaurant on a daily basis I think that they could focus on preparing the food batter, with higher quality ground beef and more attention to detail I wish they would focus on preparing it better it taste like it was prepared in a rush, but not far from being a five-star restaurant if they would just focus on detail and preparing quality food, the ground beef taste like it came out of a can

The food was bland, over priced, the margaritas were expensive and made poorly it was all margarita mix/sweet and sour with a little splash of alcohol. Ended up leaving with severe stomach pain.
