This is a great Italian Restaurant! I placed a takeout order. Cheese pizza with extra cheese, extra pizza sauce and cooked well . Real nice friendly service. The pizza is excellent here.

3-star because the last two times I’ve ordered dinner from here they’ve failed to deliver my spaghetti with my chicken Parmesan. Paying for it and also tipping the drivers both times, to get burned twice is ridiculous. Obviously it’s not a one time accident now.Otherwise things are good from here. Sorry guys!

I expected more of this place, chicken wings were good, just little salty, fries were good, side salad were good, but the chicken marsala was horrible, other pasta i ordered was horrible, pizza was raw and no flavor, I took the pizza home and I threw it,

Great service good food salads always fresh. Qhen we are seated server ia there quickly. Bread is always warm. Drinks are pricey but mixed proper.

I’ve been a customer for 50 years. I’ve ordered delivery from Pias hundreds of times. Today I thought I would pre order online to arrive at a specific time. The ordering process was smooth. I ordered directly through Pias Website. I received a text that the pizza was on its way. I waited an hour then called Pias to say we haven’t received our order yet. They said the driver picked it up over 30 minutes ago and it should be here soon. Well it arrived. The pizza was cold and like cardboard. The salad was warm. I ordered a large pizza and a large antipasto salad. For almost $50 for this meal that is unacceptable!!! I will not be ordering again. Pias pizza isn’t that great to get terrible service for $50. I called Pias to voice my concerns. The gentlemen that answered the phone put me on hold to get his manager. He comes back on and says I have to call slice about the delivery. I said I ordered it directly online from Pias Website. The manager Mary comes on the phone and told me they do not have online ordering on their website. I told her I ordered directly from your website. She said it’s not their fault the pizza was cold that it is slice. I said yes it is, it’s your website. She yelled at me and then hung up. Such horrible service. I never complain about service but wanted them to know. I definitely will not ever order or set foot in that place again. We have had many family functions there, my own baby shower was there. I’ve never had such a horrible experience with them.

I am so disappointed with Pias Pizzeria. I ordered a pizza from their website. I received a text message that the pizza was on its way. An hour later I called them to let them know we still haven't received our pizza. They said the driver picked it up over 30 minutes ago. Well it arrived later. It was cold and like cardboard and the antipasto salad was warm! I called Pias and spoke to a few people because the manager wouldn't take the call. Finally, Mary the manager came on. I explained what had happened and she rudely said that they do not have online ordering. That I used slice. I said I ordered directly from the website and she said they do not do online ordering. See picture from their website. She was extremely rude to me, yelled at me and hung up!! My order was almost $50 for a large salad and pizza and horrible service. They have lost my business. Their food is going downhill and the service is even worse!! I've been a customer since I was a kid. Almost 60 years. Even had my baby shower there. We will not step foot there again. That phone call was uncalled for!!! See the picture from their website? I ordered right there!! How dare she say they don't have online ordering. What a liar.
Food is decent, we've been twice had pizza, pastas, fish... all was ok, not bad not amazing. Would go back with big group because they are able to easily sit big groups. The servers are nice but food is slow to come out, refills were slow and drinks were not great. Maybe take out would be a better option here.

As a newcomer to the downriver area, Pia's was one of those places the locals recommended as a solid, reliable and well-known place to eat. It is definitely Italian-American, as opposed to authentic Italian. The pizza has been overcooked on multiple occasions, but this seems to be how many people like it. Not me, sorry. The salad is average and drowned in dressing. Last time I was in I had the trio because I couldn't decide what to order, and it was tasty, but unfortunately barely warm by the time it got to the table.The decor needs some updates and the service could be faster. The atmosphere overall is nice, family-friendly and polite.

Parking: Main entrance and parking are on the back side of the building. It was our first time there. Dark outside no notice until we tried to enter and had to go ask the way around
