This establishment needs support from upper management ASAP! Sadly this is the only location close to our home but they never fail at getting our order wrong or forgetting items / sauces EVERY visit. If you go inside it's even worse. Half the vending machine is down or you have to ask the servers for specific drinks and on top of it they keep the lids on a tray that everyone can touch and put dirty ones back on top. The bathroom is very dirty and had no paper towel or toilet paper. This place needs help badly!Parking: Parking lot is dirty and not kept well clean

If I could give them zero stares I would I’m a door dash driver the wait here is always crazy long there inside is never open at all so makes it harder for us door dash drivers to get our deliveries on time half the time door dash will reassign the order to someone else because of long wait time and I don’t get paid on it I’m surprised you guys are in business still open that darn lobby

Today was my worst experience so far. I placed a pick up order for 7 o’clock and still had to wait in the drive-through because the inside was closed. After waiting for 20 minutes all of my food was cold. Not only was my Food cold it taste like old grease. I ordered ghost pepper wings and the new honey lemon pepper wings also a two piece leg and thigh With fries and a pop. Every being I ordered was cold and then the one thing I thought will be right what is my pet didn’t have my root beer I ordered which was fine but didn’t give me a straw to drink my drink.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of customer service!! This place either needs to be shutdown or they need new employees all together! I went to go pick up my order and the doors were closed. I even went to the door and told them I have a pick up and I'm on lunch but they still told me to get in the crazy long line! I waited in line for 30 minutes already being late to work! Finally got out of line and asked the customer at the window could they let them know I have a pickup then the employees turned the window to where we can't see them and then turned all the lights off to the building while people were still in line! This was horrible and advise everyone to never go there ever!

This is the worst chicken place ever. I went through the drive thru and placed my order. I wanted mashed potatoes they gave me fries and I ordered an apple pie and didn’t get it. I went in to complain and the line was so long I walked back out. Slow as ever. I will not be back.

Worst Popeyes Ever! Would not trust the food coming out of this building. There's far better options less than a mile each way on Telegraph. Would never waste my time with this place again.
They for some reason close the store at 3:20pm to 4:00pm even when already did my order to pick up at 3:30pm… unbelievable!!!

Ordered my food online for pick up , online it says it closed at 11pm. I arrived at the store around 9:30pm.. I waited in line for almost 40 mins… when I get to the speaker no one said nothing. So I pulled up and waited till I got to the window, once I got to the window the guy immediately said “ we closed we ain’t got no more food” I tried to tell him I placed my ordered online and already paid he continue to cut me off and said “ get a refund” no apology no nothing… I’m 6 months pregnant and I already didn’t want to get out the bed to get dinner but I haven’t ate all day and needed to eat and this is what we wanted.. I would never come here again. This place really needs help
