Placed my order to go and was told 20 min. 40 minutes later I was told the waitress forgot to give the order to the chef.

The classic greasy spoon dinner a staple of America. Not much has changed inside over the decades and what that means is the taste has been consistent. I recall coming here in the 90s with my grandparents for lunch. So this recently stop brought back some good memories.

This place has went down the drain ? percent. Cook coughed in his hand and continued cooking our food. And waitresses are lazy. Floors sticky and tables dirty.

NEW OWNERS, GIVE EM A CHANCE. We had a great breakfast, food was cooked to order, and the server was efficient and very attentive. The restaurant was clean and appealing. The restrooms were clean and presentable. Tgey do need a new toaster as im not a fan of their toast. We will be back, though. ?

I am not sure what happened to Senate's, but please know that this is not the taste I remember. The fries used to be famous, but wow, how the times have changed. You will NEVER experience the greatness (Senate Coney Island) that once stood on Michigan Avenue, but I think you will have a much better taste in Livonia on Plymouth Rd.At this Taylor location, the chili is watered down, and the fries were not cooked properly. It's so sad to see such a staple change and not for the better.
