ladie ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese, but no cheese and she said something and he took it back and pulled the cheese right off the sandwich and put it back on the line idk about some people but that’s a no for me it’s already touched the sandwich I need a new one but also he shouldn’t have put it back on line for the next sandwich it’s like someone saying no ketchup and they just wipe it off ?

Love free coffee but, last 2 times, I just would have preferred 1 coffee, made right.(3x3 with flavor and espresso. Not complicated or is it?) . Decided to give them 1 more try (1/25) today as they are the closest to my house and especially because they raised prices...For $5 my coffee should be made right every time, but not at this Tims.. going to the one down eureka closer to Allen road, maybe I'll have better luck there.

This is the location that every other Tim Hortons downriver should take notes from! I'm serious, the food and coffee is always on point, the employees are friendly and professional. Line can get long but they move it on thru quickly.
