Usually good...very fast service, but the woman at the window wasn't friendly, or patient. She didn't allow me to use my rewards, and therefore I was overcharged.

I just don’t understand why it says on the menu they have soup here but then say they “don’t have it at this location” TAKE IT OFF THE MENU THEN??? guy was very rude and rushed me thru my order… not my fault you guys put out false advertising!!!!

Go back to marking the lids with what is supposed to be in it, Concidering im never given a receipt... Dish water for $6. Asked to be remade. Thanks for serving me the same coffee in a different cup. This tims used to be the best. Last few months nothing but nasty.

We waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for 1 coffee and the way the parking lot is set up once your in the drive thru you cannot park and go in your trapped. I recommend going to the Tim Hortons off Telegraph by Wick rd.

Utterly horrible, the manager (a larger woman) was the most rudest person ever. They got my order wrong and I politely asked if they heard the right order. The manager and the cash registrar treated me horribly. In addition, I told the manager that I was going to a funeral and she chuckled at me, disregarding my loss. Such a horrible person, shame on you lady! God will fix that.

I liked it. I used the app. My bagel was burnt on the edges but I don't think it's their fault I think it's the toaster I could tell that tried to lightly roast it cause everything was perfect except the outer rim so I can tell their working with what that have available to them so thank you for making my lunch guys ?

This place sucks. They lock the lobby when the drive thru gets busy. There is clearly customers inside but the doors are locked
