This place sucks! Their workers look like they are depressed. They are rude. Took me a hour to get my smoothie and it was gross.. they added vitamins and wasn’t blended so it was horrible… don’t go here

The smoothies taste like water....they put way to much ice and water and not enough fruit.. tired of wasting money at this place for water...and I order the energizer and never get it.. I go to any other one and they make it perfect..only this place sucks...

Food was ice cold "wraps" and service was awful. No reciept given and had to wait an additional 10min just to find out what my total was. Workers lie about availability of items due to lazieness. I will never return. I hope and pray that none of you stop here for business. Clearly poorly run and in desperate need of management.

A great stop for food and smoothie. Better than fast food. Staff is great. The owner (Debbie) is there a lot to great you and very friendly.
Order smoothies for my staff 3 times a week and they always do an amazing job. Dashers have forgotten the food a couple times, but that isn't Tropical Smoothies fault. This location also is the only one that makes the Jetty Punch with peanut butter right, it is phenomenal. Watch out for the speed trap, cops always lurking at the Gardner White next door. 5 stars for the team here.
Waited over 7 minutes at the speaker with no acknowledgment. Asked if they were still taking orders for the drive thru (1:58pm). No response. Didn’t get my order taken until after I called the store asking if they were still taking orders because no one has responded or said anything while I was at the speaker .
