They literally REFUSED to serve me because I didn't want to give them my phone number. No joke. I told them they didn't need my phone number then tried to order a cheesesteak. The chubby girl behind the counter cut me off and said she would not take my order without my phone number.Business must be booming if they're kicking customers out who don't want their private information shared.

Worst customer service ever!! After not receiving my food and waiting over 40 minutes I call to check on my order. I was told in the rudest way that my food had just been sitting there instead of out for delivery!! While the lady on the phone proceeded to yell at me I asked why they didn't call to have me pick up.. she rudely said she didn't have to.. not how you run a business, I will not be back!!

This place was outstanding! We were passing through from Nashville and were greeted at Vinny Mack’s with excellent food, outstanding service, and a wonderfully friendly staff. We had cheese steaks, loaded fries, milkshakes, and the mac and cheese bites. I’d come visit Michigan again just to go here!
