This is like the classic “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” Looks like a dump from the exterior, but once you walk inside it is the quintessential Northern Michigan pub. Quaintly adorned with wood panel walls, deer mounts, fish mounts, sparkly Christmas lights, a pellet fireplace, and all the fun of a bar: Keno, Jukebox, Sports on TV, a closet bathroom, LOL! Seriously though, the food is on point! I’ve been there twice, every time food comes out of the kitchen and brought to the table fresh out of the fryer. Hot, Crisp, Tasty. The Dano burger has been my go to so far, as a basket with hand cut Belgian Style fries. Don’t forget the extra side of Chipotle Mayo and the Malt Vinegar! My mouth is watering again and I just ate there like 5 hours ago. I need to go BACK!!!!!!!!!!
