Every time I order a pickles I end up with a whole pickle or a half a pickle when all I want was a spear and they charge me $1.88 for a whole pickle. I did not want not happy about that. or they’ll give me pickle slices to put on my sandwich. It’s not what I wanted. Not happy about that.Vegetarian options: Pickles

I order jimmy johns because they boast speed of your food. How ever, every single time i go to the three rivers michigan location to pick up an order, im told it'll be 30-60 minutes because they ran out of bread...typically i wait, however i was pressed for time and starving on my recent order. i went in to pick up my order and im met with "hey man, im sorry were out of bread do you want a refund?" i agreed so i could go else where. called today to ask when ill be getting it and just got met with "ill check on it and let you know later today"note to staff... if youre seeing your bread run low, or a lot of orders come in, start makign bread at that point, dont wait until youve run outEDIT: STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY REFUND, GOING ON 3 WEEKS LATER

I normally wouldn’t make a negative review if I don’t have to, but in this case, with it being the 2nd time in the last couple of months… I feel like it’s necessary.So what’s going on in this picture is bacon is almost $5 to add on to your sub, and there’s no bacon on my sub. I paid for it, and these subs aren’t cheap. The employees are not taking their time to review the order, and ensure that everything is on the sub.I get it, mistakes happen.. I worked in food for 10+ years, but in order to ensure customer satisfaction… the #1 thing you need to do is make sure the food is satisfactory. You can’t do that if you’re not repeating back the order, and if you’re not reading the food ticket properly in the kitchen.About a month or so ago, I had the same scenario happen to me except it was 3 different items, and I had chips missing from the same bag.. Which I didn’t realize until I got home.Most of the time I don’t check until I get home, and I shouldn’t have to when 1 sub, chips, and a drink are $30+I don’t know, the subs are extremely overpriced, the service is not that good, and I like Jimmy John’s.. So all around I’m disappointed with this location.All you need to do is make sure everything is on the sub and make sure all items are in the bag. That would be great. Thank you..

Great food, good service, good value.Been eating Jimmu Johns for decades. I was stoked when they opened this location! You really can’t make a bad choice here, I’ve made way through the menu. Just remember you can customize your sandwich by putting it on sliced wheat bread, my favorite, in a wrap or wrapped in lettuce as an “unwich”There are little johns and slims for the light appetite and the Gargantuan for the hearty appetite! And yes they really are freaky fast like the commercial says.Highly recommend!!

When they first opened they were great fast delivery fresh everything but I think there slipping on there fresh everything the last three times I ordered the bread has always been hard even when I put in the special requests “ please make sure my bread is fresh and not hard “ and every time for the last three times my bread has been hard rock hard I even called after ordering and asked smh this is the last time I will be ordering from them I would rather go to subway where I know I can eat my bread with my sandwich and won’t have to break half of it off
