I mostly mobile order every time I go. With this they’re always super kind and funny. I mobile ordered on 4/23 around 5pm. All I got was a cheesy bean and rice burrito add chicken and potatoes. I didn’t even want to go because I haven’t been in a Taco Bell mood but I was tight on money and had some rewards. Let me tell you. I got home and took a bite into my burrito and paused… literally the BEST Taco Bell I have had in a long time. Super fresh ingredients and my food was still stupid hot. I was in shock and honestly had a rush of euphoria for a sec. I was in pure shock. Please model your employees that worked that day and keep up the amazing work!
Due to your employees not having name tags I will give the best description Caucasian chunky lady blonde and black hair I went through drive-thru and requested no sour cream on my burrito supreme and when I brought it back in I felt like she did not want to deal with my concern she did not want to replace my food I felt like I was an inconvenience after going back and forth over the receipt my order was replaced

We are newer to the area. We have gone a couple times at night where we pull up and they tell us they have no meat. None. So we go somewhere else. Sometimes our tacos are overflowing with toppings and other times there’s barely anything to be found.This is the most up and down Taco Bell I have ever witnessed when it comes to both service and quality of their food.

This place is poorly managed but I see that it's just not the managers problem. Finding quality staff is a challenge in this area. I'm sure they are doing their best. Could be worse, I could have my stomach pumped due to sloppy food preparation and bacteria. Both my sons have been to the E.R. in the past from eating here. I recently stopped in....service was prompt however the ice machine broke and there wasn't any sauce out for the restaurant n to go orders.

Staff is always very rude, the "server's are down" is their favorite one to use I've heard that one about 10 times from them. On the rare occasion that you are able to order food from them it's 95% of the time not going to be what you ordered. It really shows the types of people that work here smh
