I dont understand why this location is not open for dinner hours . Normal hard working people don't work 9 to 5. We would like Arby's too.

I arrived at 2:15 on a Saturday when they are supposed to be open, and nobody was there. No signs posted anywhere, just sat in the drive thru for several minutes wasting my time. Thanks.....

dont show up at 5pm when you think a fast food place should be open at that time. They need to be open until 9 for the out of work crowd to get food on their way home

Every time we go there it isn't open,despite the times listed saying they are. There are no signs letting us know they are closed so that we don't waste our time driving up to the drive-thru. Except for the one saying they are closed next week! I understand being short staffed or other difficulties. I don't understand not posting signs to give potential customers a ahead up

Just went to the drive through and a sign says closed for drive through and dine. Please update google maps and Apple Maps hours so travelers aren’t wasting time going to a place that says is open.

Was super excited to get arby's after a long days work, the hours online say they are open until 8pm, I arrived at 7:30pm to see a little sign saying they close at 5 :( please update hours!

They're great here faster then you'd typically see at a Arby's and never wrong on orders or messed up in anyway. If only more fast food places could atleast strive to attain this type of service life would be so much easier for anyone ordering

Ordered the smoke house brisket, it was Horrible!! No smokey flavor at all, all you tasted was salt!! Very very little taste of Bbq sauce.Was horrible, not worth 5.99.Will not order again. And will tell people not to waste their money!
Food was good but I would think twice if you have any vehicle bigger than a small car. Especially if it has nicer rims. Drive thru was super tight, had to jump the curb a few times just to make it through in a full size truck

Tried to go here for my son because it is his favorite fast food restaurant and we had a rough day. It was 8:50 and they were closed. I cannot stand it when places close before the scheduled time. Everyone wants to hurry and get done with work and go home but closing before you are supposed to is just annoying and lazy.

The girl taking orders was super nice. However the two people working in the kitchen a man and a women ,as far as I could tell, we screaming profanities about how they were closed even though I came in around 8pm tonight and there hours sign said they were open til night. They were also complaining about the amount of food that I ordered for my family. They were being so nasty when I got home I had to double check my food because I was afraid one of them had contaminated my food in one way or another. Most certainly will not be going back. You have to trust the people who prepare your food and unfortunately I just don’t trust them anymore.

Still won't open the doors for take-out. Discriminating against disabled who can't drive because it's illegal to go through a drive-thru without a car.
