The cashier was nice, warm..and welcoming. Service was extremely slow ?, when we received our food; the burger wasn't a burger- it was chicken. Bummer!

Went through drive thru, ordered double whopper meal. They would not give the receipt to me even after asking for it. The girl at the second window, might have been in training, guy was speaking loudly and demanding to her saying "tell them thank you". Got my double whopper and it was not a double whopper. Had jalapeños stacked in it. Called restaurant to notify of mistake just shy of five minutes I hung up the phone as no one will answer the phone.
