One. It's Chick-fil-A. Standards are higher to begin with. The one in Traverse City is new. Takes time to break in the equipment, people, and educate the public on what's offered and how it's done. This unit has gotten past the break in time and runs like a Rolex. Love the Cob Salad.

My wife, 3 kids, and I just ate here in the dining room. Keira was our waitress at the register. She was johnny on the spot! Very attentive and detail oriented. Keira was super nice with our kids as well! Even after we got our food she even came to our table and asked if we wanted refills! Thanks Keira for an amazing experience!
My kid was told to eat here. Great idea! Both, our first times. Before even getting the order I was delighted by the options available for side substituts & the price for doing that. When the total came up, kid made a comment about it being pricey. And to be honest it is cheaper than we're spending to eat at Wendy's back home.[ No Chick-fil-A there or anywhere near! :( ]The young people working were kind, dressed in proper uniforms lookin sharp, and never made me feel rushed or judged. This matters.When the rush went through and my kid & I were also on our way out but stopping at the register for ice cream to-go, the employees could all be seen wiping things down cleaning, which made me feel even more comfortable.Even the boy who said "it's my pleasure" didn't come off like it was a forced thing to say 18 million times a day. The food was HOT and delicious. If you don't believe me you can believe the little girl who was sat with her oma across from us. She said her food was delicious 4 times before her potty break and twice after. I'm pretty stoked to try breakfast and that salad I saw someone had, now!I really enjoyed it. Thank you Chick-fil-A. I hope they're all like you.PS loved the real red carnations in vases on each table.Kid-friendliness: Nobody was on edge though the place was full. Did you know you can walk in, sit down, and place your order at the table too if you want? As opposed to waiting in line to order, then to pick up the food, and then find a sea....Sit. order online with table number & they'll bring it to ya. That seemed a great alternative for younger kid bearers, especially. ?♀️
