I absolutely love this place!! Everytime I visit from Arizona, I go there almost everyday. They make the best Latte's and have the coolest people working there! I love Ellis he's my favorite. I wish we had a Cuppa Joe's in AZ.

I LOVE Cuppa Joe normally. I go to the East Side location where baristas Eless, T, Byron, Hazel, and Stephanie are truly amazing. As someone who goes there every single day, if not twice a day, I was pretty distraught by the terrible customer service and unfriendliness of the new person you had working today. Abby from another location was training her there yesterday and she was not ready to be left alone. Truly disappointing I actually ended up not getting my usual and had to walk out. I hope this person doesn’t remain at this location. :(

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of their products which are locally sourced & roasted. No pour-over service unfortunately but otherwise outstanding.
Love this place. I went to their other location when I lived on the other side of town and always enjoyed it. So happy to have this as my go-to coffee shop on the eastside.

Small but quick coffee! I would rate the food higher, but there were about 6 or fewer total items on display near 8 am.Prices fair. Be sure to specify milks, etc. as barista won’t inquire.Glad to give to another non Starbucks location!
