I really liked this coffee place. The staff were nice. Only one of the staff members were a little judgy when it came to wanting more shots of espresso in my drink. We went the first time on a Friday, and got a cherry truffle hot coffee, it was awesome. The next morning we went and got a hot mocha and another cherry truffle. The cherry truffle coffee had little flavor. We went again later in the day, and still little flavor in the cherry truffle. Unfortunately I don’t think we will order the cherry truffle again, but will go to again.

I hate to post negative reviews but i like to keep the public informed. I went to splurge on myself on a cup of iced coffee with cold foam using oat milk. The second i tasted it the oat milk i could tell had been expired. It immediately separated and tasted and felt like cottage cheese on your tongue. Very unsafe for your health to drink expired milk products. I spent $8 on a cup of coffee just to pour it down the drain. After i left work i wanted to let them know that they should check the dates on their milk products and the staff looked at me like oh whoops or like they had no idea what i was talking about. I had picture evidence. I decided to go back so i could just get one of their flavored drip coffees "specified upon ordering" with room for cream (then put my own milk in at home). They then put just regular medium roast in my cup which is fine.. but again not what i ordered. I have had a couple similar experiences at this business. I will continue to doordash coffee to my work from now on. I suggest you do the same. I don't know whether to blame on inexperience or just carelessness.

Just OK. Coffee wasn’t too bad. My husband got the caramel latte and I got the caramel vanilla latte. They were ok. Would come back. 3 1/2 stars would be a better option.

I love this place. I am currently struggling with homelessness, and I come in to buy a coffee with my little bit of change, and they let me sit there, work on my art, charge my devices and somwtime cry. It's a very warm atmosphere. I'm always welcomed with a smile. Which is rare to come by these days. Thank you guys for being cool!

So we were in Traverse City on Saturday and we were in search of coffee beans. Well, apparently when the open sign is on at 5:50pm on a Sat, they aren't actually open. We walked in, and in a very rude way we were told they were closed. I understand they want to go home, but when I worked in customer sales, we were nice and helpful to our customers even after we were closed
