Edit: I was mistaken as the owner noted and updated my single 4/5 segment to 5/5. We incorrectly assumed having our boxed dessert and bill paid that our food had not been saved and we didn’t want to cause a fuss in front of others or seem to be asking for a discount, which we weren’t.Atmosphere is cute and welcoming. Patrons are seated with others and served each course at the same time. Cucumber water was complimentary and went great with everything.First three courses were excellent, a bread course, crab croquettes, Brussels sprouts. The Beef Wellington was a little underwhelming. There was a crepe included inside the pastry which was very eggy. I ended up scraping it out best as I could and reassembling the Wellington. We were a little bummed that we asked for about half of our Wellington to be boxed and they forgot to save it. I was stuffed but would have gladly eaten the rest of it, I just wanted to savor it. I felt awkward addressing it at a large table of strangers. They were happy to box up one of our two desserts however. And the dessert was wonderful. The wine pairings were also quite nice.Other than the leftovers the service was wonderful. Not knocking the Wellington too hard for what may just be my preference.

Local TC couple own /create/serve at this amazing restaurant. Fri and Sat night only. 20 customers for each seating (one seating a night). It feels like you’re invited into their kitchen for an exquisite meal. We ordered the “wine pairing “ for each course (four tastings) for an additional $45 pp.I felt they could have “topped off” our glasses or provided a full pour. I asked for a “splash more” of the red served with dinner and was surprised we were charged. That being said, I would return EVERY month as the menu changes each month. This place is booked ALL SUMMER but I put my name on a “notify” for cancellation and scored a rez for two.

Love the communal dining, the space is lovely. Dinner was exceptional, organic wine pairings. What more could you ask for?

This is a fantastic representation of fine dining in Traverse City. Creative, fun, beautiful dishes presented by a kind husband and wife team. The wine pairings are unique and well matched. Plan well in advance and you won’t be disappointed!

What a great experience! The owners are the chefs, servers and bar tenders! Super nice husband and wife and it feels more like going to a professional chefs home and being made a 5 coarse meal than a restaurant. The food was beautiful, delicious, and unique! It’s not cheap but I’d say you definitely get your money’s worth for the whole experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Forrest & Nicole are the best! We know no matter what we decide to order it’s going to be memorable. Their mushroom flatbread and carrot cake are unforgettable.

Forrest and Nicole are a dynamic team offering perfected service and stellar meals. They catered a small wedding at our farm and did an amazing job. They are also incredibly reliable and easy to work with. Recommend for any all personal chef or small events.

Thursday happy hour was the highlight of our trip! A lovely experience from start to finish. We loved the thoughtful menu and great wine selection. We especially liked the pumpkin ravioli, but everything we ate and drank was fantastic. Already planning our next trip back!
