I order from here at least once a week.Their new delivery driver has the personality of a wet noodle.I ordered today at 11:40 a.m., it was delivered to the wrong address over an hour later. I had to call twice to find out when/where I was going to get my sandwich.I finally got my sandwich at 1:00 p.m. with NO APOLOGY FROM THE WET NOODLE.And, they never offered any kind of refund/discount on a future purchase due to the lateness of my sandwich. Even though the guy I talked to said they would make it "right".

The worst Jimmy John's I ever have eaten. Employees were nice but the sandwiches WERE AWFUL!! I ordered 2 subs and THE BREAD WAS HARD AS A BRICK ON BOTH SUBS!! That's what I love about JJ is the soft fresh bread u take pride in as a company. I normally don't do reviews but this time I had to. I paid way to much of my hard working $$ for stale day old HARD BREAD!! This was 1st time here as I recently moved to Northern Michigan from down state. Don't think I'll come back to this one. Not risking my $$ on stale hard bread.

My first experience was awful when I asked them to not add certain stuff because of allergies. They argued they weren’t allowed to make the sandwiches any different and I had to get everything on it despite allergies. I assumed it was just someone having a bad day and went back months later to try again. My second visit was just as bad. They were even more rude when I tried to ask for them not put certain stuff on the sandwich. Both times they did make the sandwich the way I wanted so no one would need to take a trip to the hospital but they just threw the sandwiches messily together with very little on it. Might as well have just ordered bread….I quit going after that.

First time trying JJs.My sandwich was ready before I even walked to the end of the counter. Freakishly FastThe tuna was hearty and tasty and not 1/2 tuna 1/2 mayo.Everyone was cool, as if they liked their job.Overall great experience.
