I have been all around the world in Japan, Thailand and Vietnam but for some reason KFC in America has done us dirty. The quality of food overall it's just worse and it's even cheaper over there.

He always goes above and beyond, and is extremely friendly. He's a great person!I've been stopping by and eating at the KFC at 720 E Front Street in Traverse City, Michigan for the past year and the food is extremely delicious! John, Christina, and Julio are so nice and hard working, and we just love the friendly atmosphere! Thank you KFC for having such nice and kind people to serve us!If you want a place where they treat you like a VIP and serve you great tasting food, look no further than KFC at 720 E Front Street in Traverse City, Michigan.Highly recommend!Parking: Plenty of room and wheelchair access.Wheelchair accessibility: The ramp is kept clean and easily accessible.
My family and I stopped in for dinner on Wednesday and had a great experience at this location. It was a slower time and an employee, by the name of Jared, came out and cleared our table and asked if we needed anything. I have never had that happen at a fast food restaurant but Jared went above and beyond to ensure our experience was a pleasant one. Totally unexpected and just awesome. Good on you, Jared! Thanks so much for taking such great care of us!

Worker randomly walked away as we were telling her our order, and we had to remind the workers that we were still there after waiting (patiently/politely) for 20 minutes. She said she forgot... Even though no cars were in the drive thru, and we were the only ones

Purchased an 8 piece bucket meal. There was a 30 minute wait unless you wanted white meat so I said sure white meat was fine. I ended up paying $30 for 8 piece chicken strips that were tiny not much bigger than a chicken nugget. Of course I got my sides but I feel we got screwed for the chicken. Bay shore Dr traverse City location.
I’ve been there three times in the last year. Each time I’ve spent over 20 mins in the drive through with only one person ahead of me. The food is fresh and hot. But if you’re in a hurry, go somewhere else.
