Listened to them say that they gave our food away twice to other customers that they screwed up on. On the App it shows when your pizza went in. That took 40 mins. and it still wasn't done. Very dissatisfied. If your going to give away someone's order, don't say it while they are there.

They clearly have no hygiene standards in this store. Most of the workers had longer hair hanging in their face not in ponytails or pulled back. Nobody was wearing gloves while making food. And there were 2 guys with beards making food with no beard nets. So gross.

Placed a order for a hot and ready and some cheese bread, the girl at the cash register then drops the cheese bread making us wait, 10 minutes later i hear a employee in the back say "i aint making this cheese bread" and as im waiting someone comes in and takes the last hot and readys while im still waiting, also saw the girl pocket money

Anytime a mobile order is submitted, it goes 20 minutes beyond what the pickup time is supposed to be. You can no longer walk in and get a hot and ready pizza like you used to. I understand being short-staffed or having a lot of orders to fulfill, but come on, man. The food is pretty good, though. The staff always has a bad attitude. I’ll gladly drive to East Front Street for a quick pizza.
