We stopped and had lunch here while Christmas shopping. The food was excellent and the service was fast. It has down town Traverse City prices, so a little higher than elsewhere, but it's understandable. They have more overhead, and it's a great location. We had a whitefish sandwich and roasted turkey. Both were very good.

Highly recommend the beer! Peninsula Pale Ale, absolute perfection. Food-wise, I'd pass on the Warm Mediterranean Salad & try a burger because there was very little meat or cheese, way too much black olive, long uncut pieces of Romaine; the balance was just off. And, it wasn't warm at all. The perch tasted fishy, overall lunch was a bit of a disappointment but we certainly appreciated the beer & cider selection!

Both my wife and I had the London Broil and agreed that was the best version we had ever had. We added a side salad and the Bourbon Barrel Baed Beans to round out our dinner. I also had a draft of the newly released Octoberfest beer which was excellent, as well. Overall, it was a superb dining experience.

We were directed to the patio, which turned out to be a lovely place to sit in the evening. There were heaters available but we're not turned on as they weren't needed. We split a very large Mediterranean salad with beef which was excellent. We come here every year and always try something different. We were not disappointed in the food this year either, although it was the first time we were seated on the patio. I would come back again. It was fun people watching.

We were exploring Front St. & found this place. The food was excellent. We split a meal & had plenty to eat. The spicy seafood chowder was great. Really enjoyed their crispy french fries.

The food here is delicious and cooked perfectly! We all got different entree’s and appetizers and each one was great. We especially loved the bbq sampler. The brisket is to die for! I had onion soup and a rib eye steak. My steak was cooked perfectly, and the onion soup was very good. Even the fries were perfection! We also tried the Mac & cheese which was very good. I want to go back for lunch and get a burger or a reuben! The atmosphere and service were good. None of us drank any beer so can’t shed any light there. The reason for 4 stars is only because the entrees were delivered almost right on top of our soup/salads and it made it difficult to enjoy everything. A minor thing really, because we took home anything left over and enjoyed it the next day! Highly recommend Mac Brewing Co.!

The main reason we went was my 22 year old daughter absolutely loves the mac & cheese. I had the best hamburger I’ve ever had. It was cooked absolutely to perfection. The service and server was amazing!

This place was had a delightfully friendly atmosphere and all the staff seemed super chill. The burger was one of the best I've had in forever and the Warm Mediterranean salad was perfect and bursting with flavor. Fair prices and an amazing dining experience right in the middle of the strip. The name is also ironic because this joint is better than anything you'd see in Mackinaw City. The guy in the kitchen also kept singing the words to every song and somehow it wasn't annoying. Actually added to the experience. I would sell my soul just to have this burger again, if I could give you guys 6 stars I would.

Walked in and it was fairly empty and have tried to come before and couldn't get in. Came because they have a kids menu. I would have much rather eaten somewhere else. Ordered a basic burger medium and it came well done and tasted similar to what we get at the high school football games. I am not a picky eater but I couldn't even eat more than half and didn't even finish that and I was really hungry. Bourbon baked beans were boring and expected a little more flavor. My kiddo was happy with their food basic hot dog and fries. Husband said his beer was a little skunky tasting and wouldn't get it again. I was really hoping it was going to be great bar food. Really disappointed.

First time in the hostess recommended the Mac & cheese, and the pecan crusted walleye. We also ordered the Artichoke spinach dip. The Spinach dip & the brisket (on top of Mac & cheese) was really good. The Mac & cheese was flavorless. The pecan crusted walleye was greasy and had burnt flavor, the boxed rice a roni offers a better pilaf then what was served, & the steamed vegetables were bland. Service was good & for $65 I'd rather spend at Any fast food restaurant and get more than one shitty meal.
The waiter Cody D was horrable. We sat at our table for 15 minutes til someone came to us. Then he brought drinks and took off with out taking order. Then sat here another 20 minutes for him to come back to take order. I had to ask for a pitcher of water cause he wasn't around. And then he came back to double check the order. And then when food came it was all wrong. Two of us were clear no tomatoes cause allergic. And we got tomatoes. Then after eating they took plates and we sat forever to get the bill. He walks over just looking at us and I was like we need bill still. Then he brings it and never comes back till we waved to him.

In Traverse City and checked out Mackinaw Brewing Company. A nice Brew Pub option in the city. Decent beer menu and Pub food. Very Nice service at the bar. Tried the Bangers and sauerkraut which was very tasty. Very friendly and not too full or noisy on a Thursday evening during the summer. Nice Brew Pub to try if you are in Traverse City. Stop by and check out the Mackinaw Brewing Company.

We wouldn’t come back to this restaurant. Their homemade root beer was not good. It was flat and very watered down. Food was just ok. So many other options. It was so expensive. Our bill for 4 without alcohol was $100!

Manager doesn't know how to run a business, not successfully atleast. Their host doesn't know how to place a takeout order, pathetic to say the least. Owner needs to pack it up and find another career.

Came here and sat on the patio. There are only 4 tables on the back patio, so come early if you want those seats. The server was really nice and quick/accommodating. I ordered the burger and it was cooked properly, flavorful, and large portion with fries. My wife had a salad and my son had pasta. They did not like there’s as much as I liked the burger. I would go back here again and order the same thing. My wife and son would just have to choose different items.
