I went through the drive-thru, ordered a 10 piece nugget and asked for an extra honey mustard and was charged for it. This should not happen. I then got my food and only got one honey mustard. I went inside to get more and explain what happened, and ended up waiting 5mins before someone could even talk to me. Then I told the manager what happened and she only gave me one sauce packet. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized restaurant. As once a department manager for McDonald's I'm quite disappointed.

I have struggled with all McDonald's restaurants making the dining experience worse and worse just to make more money. At this McDonald's you aren't even able to get ketchup or napkins without having to ask someone at the counter. There are no soda fountains and when I asked for a refill I was told I couldn't get one. The food was decent enough, but I will not be returning to this McDonald's in protest, and I will visit no McDonald's restaurant that implements these new customer-unfriendly rules.Kid-friendliness: There is nothing kid-friendly about this place.

if I could give 0 stars I would.. I received my food just to realize my Medium fry and Small fry were not even there! when I brought it up to the person behind the counter she said just a second when there were fries already ready, I waited 10 minutes for my fries then left because I had a movie to go to, DONT EAT HERE!!!!

We went through the drive thru at the Chums Corners McDonald's to get dinner. We got to the window to pay and there was an employee that is court ordered NOT to be working ANY job where she has to handle money, well she was at the window taking money. We got to the pick up window and got our food. When we got home, my sandwich was missing. So we had to go back and get it. The service was very poor. Will not go back around this time. Our food was poorly made. They just threw the onions on my sons burger and the bottom bun of my sandwich is hard. If I could give a negative star, I would put 20 of them.
