Absolutely out new favorite downtown brewery. We stopped here on a whim on a Friday night and were served by Joe (his first shift). He was in incredibly friendly and we had great service at the bar. We ended up here again tonight and the service again did not disappoint. We especially liked the hot fake blonde and little white lie, but you can't go wrong with any of their beers. The whipped feta dip was also amazing! We will be back next time we're in town.

Get a buzer system if ur not going to staff enough employees to serve everyone!!! We sat down 1 other person in our area my husband went and got drinks cause no one came over she then brought some menus and NEVER came back.. so buzzers!!! order at the bar they give u a buzzer and u can pick up ur own food..!! Hope this helps

This is a great spot with a lovely atmosphere (sans flickering light fixtures which you can kind of see in the video). We went for dinner during Restaurant Week and ordered off the prix fixe menu, opting for the beer pairing as well (which was super neat). The wings and brussel sprouts were very tasty to start with, and the Hot Fake Blonde was a favorite of the night. For the mains, I enjoyed the flatbread, while my partner said that the beef bourguignon was closer to stew than a bourguignon, but still delightful. I loved the Fall Fest so much that we got a 4-pack to go! We closed out with the tiramisu and fried ice cream, both of which were lovely. We'll definitely be back!

We had an excellent all around experience!! I got a gin and tonic and the gin is freakin awesome! One of the tastiest I’ve ever had.They also have like 20 plus beers on tap. All made in house and they are happy to let you try whichever you like. My wife got the O’Porterhouse.. delightful! Amazing bartender too. He was a gem. Cheers!

Great experience - they were able to accommodate our large group with short notice. Service was great and the food and drinks were delicious. We loved the burgers, homemade chips and the Cherry Crush!! Definitely recommend a visit if you're in the area!

We stopped in during a convention at Grand Traverse Park Place Hotel. We asked our waiter what they enjoyed on the menu and he recommended the Chicken Tenders. I ordered mine with ranch and whiskey ginger sauce on the side……. I’ve had chicken tenders before and normally, chicken is chicken. NOT THESE! The chicken tenders at Middlecoast Brewing are phenomenal, probably the best tenders I have had in a very long time. If you are in the area, stop by, try some, you won’t regret it!Thanks Jon!!

Great place for gluten free food! Food was really good and Erin was a great waitress very knowledgeable of the menu and informed us of gluten free safe items. Place is clean and even the kitchen staff is super friendly. 10/10
