Husband and I were in traverse city for 3 days and we went here every single day. Hands down the most welcoming and inclusive cigar bar. As a woman, I was able to hang, smoke, read books. The store - Jan, Ben and others everyone was so great and informative.

I stopped by in here to grab some cigars to take to a family reunion that we had flown in for. Now mind you, I am absolutely no cigar connoisseur and have very little knowledge on the subject. I was greeted with a smile immediately and when I explained my reason for the visit, staff was extremely patient, thorough in explaining the different styles and quality of cigars, and not once seemed put out with my questions and curiosity. I really appreciated the time they took to explain everything. The customer service was great and I recommend these guys for tobacco needs!!!

As a younger individual, I understand that some establishments may cater more to an older demographic, but I believe that everyone, regardless of age, should be treated with respect and courtesy.To make matters worse, as I ventured into the humidor to explore the cigar selection, I found myself passively aggressively reprimanded by the greeter for simply smelling a cigar. Anyone familiar with purchasing cigars knows that evaluating their aroma is crucial to finding the perfect one. However, the greeter's disapproval seemed to imply that such behavior was inappropriate, which left me feeling somewhat puzzled and uncomfortable.Nevertheless, once I managed to navigate past the initial encounter and the incident in the humidor, I found myself surrounded by the beauty of Nolan's Cigar Lounge. The décor was elegant and refined, creating a sophisticated ambiance that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying a quality smoke.
