I stayed here the week of April 8th 2024 for a few days. Before check in was saw noted that they were updating and renovations. Upon arrival walking it had a stale smell, but quite friendly staff. Since we drove in, we decided to eat here and the food was terrible. I had the mac n cheese with pulled pork, the pork tasted like cat food from a can with poor tasting bbq sauce. Had an app of garlic bread that came with a side of marinara in a heated plastic cup that was melted from being in the microwave. So while the stay, I tend to check beds of bugs, stains etc... no bugs but stains on the mattresses and the comforter. Pillows were very small but soft. Furniture quite old ( i kept in mind of the updating) and stained. The sliding door wouldn't lock and our door when entering and exiting wouldn't latch closed unless pulled or pushed to. The pool was ok, water was salty and had sand throughout the bottom of the pool floor. Overall getting a one star rating for the friendly staff, waitress, and the beach views. Hope to see this place upgrades improvements!!

A gem! Easily accessible, clean rooms, excellent staff throughout the entire hotel, delicious food and an exceptional view!Food & drinks: Pizza was delicious! The bar/restaurant staff is the best! The only comment we have is that in our room #411 the hair dryer mount was loose from the wall and the square vent above the toilet kept falling down so you may want to have those looked at. We will definitely be back sometime. ?Food & drinks: The lounge attached was a very nice bonus. Friendly staff and locals.
Always a nice clean room, comfortable beds and good hot coffee!! Dee always greets me by name and a smile on her face!! I had a problem with the television in my room and d moved me to another room. I appreciate it very much. I'll be back next month. Thanks againFood & drinks: Great! Happy hour starts at 3:00 p.m. fantastic!

BEDBUGS. LOTS OF BEDBUGS. ROOM 427 in the BUNKBEDS. My kids stayed here with their out of state parent when he was visiting. I was able to show up with clean clothes and shoes and grab them straight out of the shower and all of their belongings are still outside our home. My child is missing high school because she is covered in at least 100 bites. Apparently, the hotel refunded my ex husband to pay for what needs replacing, which doesn't help me with their luggage etc. The hotel washed the clothes for them and feel that was a lovely gesture. The manager informed me when I called and asked for replacement of my kids' suitcases and electric blanket, and let her know about my child, that the company they use to kill bedbugs says it wasn't an infestation at all, just a few bugs. That was the manager's response. SERIOUSLY. To say that I am furious and disgusted just wouldn't cover it. If you know me or my kids please know we don't have bedbugs, and that I am writing this review to help others, if my kid knew she would be devastated.

Just a simple getaway with my wife, taking advantage of the seasonal rates. Room was very clean. Our room service was very nice. Not many people there at all. Seemed liked I was put in a room spread out from any other patrons so it was very quiet. Whether or not it was intentional, I still appreciated it.
