Amazing atmosphere! Friendly, great staff and got to meet the owners who gave us amazing service, they made my sister and I feel very welcomed like family! I had the nutelloco and it was great as always, 10/10 recommend!!

I have come to playabowl multiple times before and have never had issues until today. As soon as I walked in I noticed many people sitting around without food. at first I ignored and thought they must be low staffed but as I ordered and stood waiting for my food I noticed everyone else was also waiting. The staff working today were all standing around talking and joking and not getting anything done. It took 10 minutes for 1 iced coffee to be made. The workers kind of just group together and all seem to have to do the same task. Maybe it's just an off day but the amount of work being done here as well as the customer service and interaction was close to zero.
