I have to tell you a tail about getting DoorDash and Rebecca made my day today. Wasn’t feeling all that great. Got DoorDash because I was craving Red Lobster. Ordered 2 shrimp, only got 5 instead of the 8. ?. Called Red Lobster. Talked with Rebecca. She was so kind, so professional, so customer focused. Thank you for making me feel great when I felt crummy today. You guys ROCK!!! I will order again and again and visit you multiple times. Love the food. Love the staff there. Good dinner, but service was exemplary! Holly was our waitress and was excellent! Friendly, efficient, and met our every request. All staff working in the dining area were bustling to do their jobs—nice atmosphere and all working together to keep the dining room running smoothly. High compliments to the Friday night crew—especially Holly!!
