It literally never fails, every single time I come here somebodies rude, I don’t like to leave bad reviews because I work in service, but this is a major problem lol
Every single time I dine in they forget my drink. End up standing at the counter for 5-10 minutes to get my drink because the kitchen staff can't see the front of the house and they never have someone at the register.Today I had a funny experience. They gave me two of my order. Only the second one only had half my order. I didn't pay twice. One of the employees was loudly swearing as well.This is a very strange taco bell.

This t-bell is great. However as I was having a conversation with one of the employees. The manager came over and started to berate me on accidentally coming into the exit only. As I shrugged her off and went to continue my conversation she then interrupted the employee who I could tell was physically upset he was shaking due to her pushing the altercation. And continues to tell me that I'm in the wrong. I then asked her what she wanted from me. If she wanted an apology or if she wanted to have a real conversation instead of yelling at me from across the restaurant. She then tells all of the employees to look at me and begins to publicly humiliate me saying that if I come in the exit ever again to never give me food and to not serve me. Every time I've gone in here I've had a great experience except for this one time. I did not catch the manager's name because I did not want to talk to her on account of being humiliated. Not sure if I will be going back to this Taco Bell because I do not wish to encounter her so that she can probably embarrass me again.

Order GF/Lactose Free, last four time ordering, found out when getting home to eat that Order was all F'd up...one time, they did soft tacos, next time, added cheese when asked not to, another time, slathered sour cream on....horrible communication between cashier (when they even read back the correct order to me) and pre-people. Absolutely horrible place to order something to eat that deviates from the norm. Had to through out last four orders, never eat at TB on Front Street if you have ANY food allergies...just tossing $$ in the trash. So disappointed w/ this franchise operation. South Airport is a tad better but they seem to be "out-of-stock" all times of the day & night for many popular items. A joke of a business. Eat at Chick-fil-A for quality food & employees.Dietary restrictions: Stay away, can never seem to get verified order right in prep area, you'll find out it's wrong when you get home & have to toss your $20 mistake in the garbage can.
