DIRTY… the staff, the facility.Employees had on shirts that had not been laundered in days. Old stains and drips and one guy making sandwiches had his dirty shorts below his rear end with his underwear showing. The equipment looked like it had not been cleaned in days. Never never never. Going back to Playa Bowls no matter how far the drive!!

Following up to the original comment and owner response. We did file through the website, receipt and order tag on drinks. Specific time and in person etc. the website stated the owner would be in contact and no one has reached out. Phone number and email provided. I don't know what is more frustrating the fact that we paid $40+ on food that had be thrown out or the fact that we had tip at fast Food experience. If the corporate website did not forward my info, I am happy to reach out to you directly.

Dear Tropical Smoothie Staff,I used to work at Tropical Smoothie, and I have to say, as a former employee I am quite disappointed in the quality of the last two orders received for my current work place. None of our food was labeled, the quesadilla boxes were smushed, and the smoothies were either way too soggy or not blended enough and there were no straws one of the two times. Again, I cannot express how disappointed I am as a former employee there!
Very friendly and welcoming. My order was correct and super delicious. Prefer this location over the other Traverse City location, much better service and accuracy

Ordered the avocado grilled cheese and Bahama momma. Grilled cheese was barely grilled and soggy with no taste. Had to go back in from the drive thru to get a straw cause they didn’t give me one. Won’t be going back.

Good food but credit card machine at drive through automatically puts a tip on the bill. Nobody told me I had to scroll down for no tip. Shady. And what's the tip even for? Never going back

They add sugar powder to their smoothies, so, the listed ingredients are not the full list. Glad I’m not a diabetic because it’s pretty misleading. They will leave out the sugar powder and use honey upon request. The food is pretty basic.But, their employees are super nice and helpful!
