We came in to order around 4:30 PM so just prior to when it starts getting busy for dinner. We stood at the counter and waited 35 minutes. I’m not kidding 35 minutes before somebody asked if we could be helped. It’s like we weren’t even there. Hi Doordash, so I am in there quite a bit and I see what’s going on. There is absolutely no management presence there and it’s out of control employees not doing their jobs and not caring.

Chicken sandwich had a tiny patty. There was no ketchup left, and the mustard was completely out. The drink machine was out of a lot of drinks too.

Ordered a PLAIN double pretzel baconator. Got it through drive through, check it and it wasn't plain. Went back through and got it fixed, after getting an attitude from the guy taking the orders... Drove all the way home. Took my first bite and BOTH burger patties were RAW!!! Every time I go there they mess my food up or give me raw meat! I'm done giving them my business!

I ordered a baconator and only got one piece of bacon on my baconator. I missed half my order had to go back to see if they can go get it. I am every time I order a baconator I only get one piece of bacon smothered with everything else, but only one piece of bacon and a baconator. It was supposed to be a double bacon air and I got one. Patty, not happy at all. Every single time I am done with the Wendy's here in traverse City.

Me and my friend were on our way through and decided we should stop at Wendy’s since it’s pretty good up north. Stopped here and waited at least 20+ minutes without any acknowledgment to our existence. We were told by one of the employees he would be with us in a minute and proceeded to pace back and forth through out the kitchen doing nothing productive at all. I get that they are understaffed but they aren’t even trying. There is clearly a lack of any proper management and something needs to be done.

When you don't feel like making chili, they always have it ready!Kid-friendliness: The kids love the nuggets, fries, and a frosty. I'm more partial to the chili and a salad. Or a Supreme baked potato!

First order, did not receive what was ordered... They were kind to comp me another meal. Went and got the second meal, and it was wrong again. They can't tell the difference between a bacon cheeseburger and the Baconator. Not going for the 3rd

The girl there kinda sucks. The sandwich isn't as good and their prices have gone up. Used to have 3 pieces of bacon now its only two on their maple bacon chicken
