I’ve had beyond juice for some years now and couldn’t help but feel like the quality was declining. Well today I got rock bottom. A raw chunk of chicken in my wrap. Not undercooked, raw right off the cutting board. Hope I don’t get salmonella!

I’m a longtime customer of BJ and this is the first negative experience I’ve ever had. My beet salad was smaller than ever with several old, wilted and black pieces of romaine. It was not fresh and I should have returned it but I was already out of the area with the takeout. I could not count the amount of times that I’ve come here. There’s always friendly workers. In fact, I’ve actually made friends with one of the workers haha. My go to items are typically a spinach chicken caesar wrap, or the dream açaí bowl. Nowadays I’ve been ordering pickup on the app and it comes within 15 minutes unless they’re crazy busy, the atmosphere is nice for a quick bite and they have quite a variety of menu items! Always recommended. :)

The juices are great. I usually get the "Up Beet" and add ginger . Also the wraps are really good too. It's rather pricey but the food/drinks are good.
It was pretty busy in beyond juice when i entered i have worked in customer service for well over 12 years. I put my order in at 7:30pm there were two people in front of me a family behind me i put my order in and watched the two people in front of me get their orders. I then get my food and was still waiting on my smoothie. The family behind me then gets all of their smoothies. I ask the girl who took my order can you make sure they have my order without even looking she looked at me and said yeah we only have three people working it’s going to be a while. I said oh ok. I then watched 5 other people get their orders and the people who skipped the line get their orders. I stepped back up and asked if they can just refund me because it was now 8:00 and i had clearly been skipped they asked me my name i told them and they all looked around for the receipt of course couldn’t find it. They then “refunded” my money by printing a copy of my receipt(not of the refund) but of my order. Hopefully it will be back in my account in 2 days like the girl said.. no apology , no “oh gosh let me make it for you right now” no nothing. I totally understand them being busy and even gave them a chance to continue to get my smoothie to me but nope they continued to make 7 other peoples order’s before mine. If the girl who took my order would have just looked for my order when i asked about it then everything would have been just fine. I hope to goodness this doesn’t happen on a day to day basis there. I used to work in this mall and order beyond juice all the time and they were wonderful! Not so much now.

I ordered the peanut butter mocha smoothie, took a long time for them to get my order up and it was watery and did not taste good. It tasted like if someone blended a banana peel with water. No peanut butter or mocha flavor, barely a banana flavor was bitter and completely liquid, not even a smoothie. Being my first time eating anything from beyond I have no clue if this is normally how the smoothie is supposed to taste but it left a bad taste in my mouth, physically and metaphorically

Great food but I feel sorry for the workers. They are extremely understaffed ESPECIALLY during an up and coming holiday. Should definitely get more employees!
